If you would like to rent a boat for your stay, we can offer you the exclusive or combination use of a 30Ft Butt Cat with 2 x 200Hp Suzuki outboard engines / 7m semi-rigid boat, a Superduck with 2 x 60HP Suzuki 4 stroke Bigfoot engines. It comes with a skipper who knows the territory and channels, as well as the locations worth visiting. The 30Ft Butt Cat is available for Open Ocean adventures - fishing charters & whale watching, the peninsula and islands activities, snorkelling and Bay transfers. The rubber duck boat may be used to visit anywhere around the peninsula and the Islands. What a fantastic advantage to have total control of your water-sports and excursions during your visit! It’s great to be able to check the weather and spontaneously choose what outing suits some or all of your family and friends. This adds a comprehensive experience to an already fabulously exciting visit. Equipment such as water-skis, tubes, ski-rope, life-jackets, snorkelling equipment and a shade gazebo are included for use on excursions. There is no limit to the hours you may enjoy the boat, but any additional fuel will be for visitor’s cost.

Species to target include King mackerel, Wahoo, Dorado, Yellow tuna, Sail fish and Black & Blue marlin to name but a few. Best time for marlin is from end October to April. All Bill fish, sail fish or marlin are released. Fishing in the bay or in the channel on an incoming tide from the side or drop off on Inhaca point, please bring your own equipment. No fishing off the super duck / ribSNORKEL SNORKEL SAFARI TO INHACA ISLAND The trip is a short boat ride from Santa Maria to the Marine Reserve on Inhaca Island to snorkel the marine sanctuary. The duration of the excursion is +/- 02h00. Best time to snorkel is one hour before high tide. Safety first with weather permittingOPEN OCEAN COASTAL SNORKEL SAFARIA Half day open ocean adventure safari departing from Santa Maria going through the Hells gate channel out to sea, following the east coast 20km south towards Ponta Mocumbo point. 1st Snorkel stop is at Ponta Abril Point. From Ponta Abril we can stop at various shallow reefs on the way to our final snorkel reef and turn around point, Ponta Mocumbo. From there travel North West to the uninhabited Portuguese Island for a picnic, self–catering by client. After lunch and enjoying Portuguese Island, move to Coral Gardens reef for the second snorkelling experience. Thereafter continue east around Inhaca Island towards Santa Maria. There is a 3rd snorkel experience if desired at the Marine Reserve. This trip can also be done in reverse, if tides and visibility suggest such.
